Car seats

If I could send a voice note I would because the treatment from Renault Melroses warranty Clerk Nox is slack. I brought my new car for a service a month ago and presented that the car is only 3 months old but the car seat stitching is ripping. I've been following up with her since and she keeps saying she's waiting for a code from her warranty department. Im the one doing the follow up as my seats are getting worse. More over everything, why are my seats tearing yet this is a new car. Very disappointed
