Car not fixed

Good day,<br> <br> Last week Tuesday at 01:00am my car would not read the card. I called insurance and they took it to Renault in rodepoort, until today they have my car and they wont tell me what the problem is and the service guy that i spoke to wont give me a courtesy car. Accoding to them they dont see the fault but the card is not reading.
