Car in workshop more than 2 months

My Renault Megane Shake it was towed to Renault Princess Crossing on the evening of the 25th November 2014 when my cars electronic key stopped working. First they promised that I'd get my car back in 4 weeks. On the 18th of December I was told that the car would be ready on the 3rd of January 2015. On the 2nd of January I was told that it would only be ready on the 18th of January. Well now we areheading into February and todays promise is for the 9th of February 2015 plu an extra bonus key on the cost of the dealer. Do they really think that's going toake up for the losses I've suffered from beieng without transport for this long due to their incompetence. The worst part is that they already recieved payment!
