Car in garage for 4 months

I purchased a Renault at Renault Tygerberg.

The turbo of the car blew through the engine within 4 months of the warranty expiering. My vehicle has been in the garage now for 4 months with limited communication as to the status. Every time I request an update, the garage is waiting on yet another part.

The service has been terrible, and I would never recommend purchasing a Renault as the after sales warranty service is pathetic with little ability to complain.
