Cannot complain about service because there is no service

<p>I have never been fond of servicing my vehicle at renault clearwater, and after trying to get help at renault on ontdekkers when my megane started misfiring, well, there was no help there either. My car was serviced 6 months ago, and after finding an independent service centre that helped me, it was discovered that you never bothered to check, or change my spark plugs...awesome renault, I love the cars, but your service, as usual exceeds my expectations at the lack of deliery or concern for your customers. It makes me wonder what else you **** about when you claimed to service the car? I'm in the marked for a new vehicle, and as much as I love these cars, there is no way I would put foot in another renault dealership. Perhaps instead of being at the shops buying bread, you should be willing to help you customers, but then we shouldn't need help after we have been there for a service? Absolutely pathetic.</p>
