Buying Renault = Buying problems

From day 1 when buying this car all signs were there, dishonest sales man and a clerk who treated us like she is doing us a favour. The car is at 58000km and already needs new brakes and discs which were replaced at 45000km. I have complained to Renault SA who insists that is due to harsh braking. Now the car needs a sensor, we were told by Renault Germiston that will be fitted in two days. On the last day they said the part will take 15 days as it must be ordered from France. We had to demand a courtesy car. They rented a car without paying for the windscreen and tyre insurance. We are now expected to pay insurance for the S**** they sold us and for the rental. We bought the car at Edenvale, serviced it at Vereeninging and Germiston and we realised that the brand Renault is worthless because none of the fore mentioned has given us any joy. We are now sitting and wondering how long is 15 days. They knew that they do not keep stock of the part and still **** saying the car will be ready in 2 days. My advice to anyone who is in the market for a car to stay away from Renault as you will be paying for problems and the car will spend more time at the garage than you driving it.
