BREAKS FAULT

I am deeply concerned that Renault has a factory fault system on their breaks, I had purchased a brand new Renault Clio around the 18 September 2013. Last year March 2015, I was told to change my breaks at 26 000 kms. Now not less than a year my breaks are making a squicky noisy sound, and there is a writing on the speed meter screen that says \ parking fault"every 2 minutes I am driving"
