Breach of contract

<p>A year ago (30 April 2016) I bought a reanault clio at Randburg. Amoung other cover that i took was shortfall cover at the randburg premises. Now my car is a write off and they claim I have no cover. Apperently they use Regent company for the covers. No one has been off use</p> <p> </p> <p>Please assist because now I have an unnessecary loan with my finance</p>
