Brand new kid brakes

I have sent a lengthy email to Renault PE regarding my complaint. I am still not happy with the response. My kwid is 2 months old and the brakes sound terrible. Apparently there is nothing that can be done as a result of the material compound. This is totally unacceptable. I need brakes that don't make a noise or they must take my car back. To make matters worse I try phone 3 different numbers to lodge a complaint but no answer. This is terrible service from such a big company.
