Brand new car (2 weeks old) going for repairs????

I bought my BRAND NEW Renault Clio 4 automatic expression from Renault Fountains Pretoria on the 31st of December 2015. Early this weak i had to take my car in because it was making a funny noise when i turn. The sales guy told me that all automatics have that sound. I failed to understand why a brand new vehicle could make any sound what so ever. They took the car in to check what was causing the sound. They than told me to bring my car in for 2 to 3 days so that they can strip it apart and fix it... (Meaning i will be car less for those 3 days, that is a major inconvenience for me) How can you FIX a brand new car??? I really don't get it, I need help with some advice ASAP PLEASE!!! <br> <br> If this is a factory fault than i believe that i have every right to get a new car, mind you this car is NOT even one month old and already they want to take it in for repairs...<br> <br> I am not happy at all, HELP PLEASE
