Brakes Fails

on the 25 August 2015 i noticed my brakes were soft and the car was taking a while to brake and i took the car to Automall in ELso that they can check whats the problem. after two days they informed me that they found water in my brake fluid that resulted to the failure of the master cylinder and ABS Pump and their warranty dept refuses to pay for that. when i ask how could that happen and i wanted an explanation that Automall could not provide, i was referred to the warranty call centre where i spoke to Mr Pieter Badernhorst who promised to investigate and get back to me till today i've been leaving messages for him still he has not responded. the next person i spoke to was Neil Erasmus their Quality Assurer after explaining the whole ordeal promised he will follow it up with Pieter as their manager Sharon Beck was out of the country in France (till todate no one has come back to me). its been two months now without a car as my car is still at Automall in EL i bought that car in 2014 and the mileage is still 42000.
