BRAKES FAILING

On 25 September I purchased a Brand New Renault Duster 1.6 expression - on 11th October whilst driving from Bela Bela to Johannesburg on N1, my brakes suddenly failed. I had to swerved off the road to avoid the car in front of me, I had my 3 month old child with me as well as my wife and my sister in laws. This is a brand new vehicle which had 2152km on it and the breaks failed!! A BRAND NEW CAR! is this way Renault is selling ? Defective cars that doesn't break ? if I had met in and accident and die, no one would of known what had occurred!! the car was towed away and sent to Renault Hatfield, I called them on 12/10 and had been advised that the car has been fixed and I could come and collect it, just like that ? what happened ? how can I trust this car. who knows what else is wrong with the car, I logged a complaint with Leo on *** Case:2-*** who advised he is busy with Renault North cliff (where the vehicle was purchased for a report on the car) on 13/10 I called on numerous occasions on ***8, ***, *** but could not get a hold of anyone, none of these numbers was working. <br> <br> Brakes failing ? must all Renault Dusters be recalled ?
