Brakes almost a year and still having problems

Please can I get assistance. I have been taking my car to have the brakes fixed for my wifes car , the Roodepoort princess branch always gives me good customer service. But the warranty plan that comes with the package is very problematic probly now for a year I have been battling to have the cars brakes resolved and Liquid capital THE STORRIES that comes from them.i feel its very un fare to pay for a car and always getting STORRIES from LIGUID Capital. Even the forman advised the cars brakes is not 100%.when I collect the car this has been carrying on. I have been driving the car for a few weeks and can clearly feel something is not right on the brakes. I even feel guilty of going to the dealer to report the brakes all the dealer will advise me is that liquid capital is saying no to ABC again.
