Bought Second Hand Car and no papers

<p>We bought a second hand Sandero from Renault Princess Crossing. We need to change the registration etc on the car.</p> <p>A month later, and we still have no papers from them for the car.</p> <p>We have escalated this to the salesman, the dealer principle and no response from them.</p> <p>The WORST service EVER!!!!!!!</p>
