Bought a brand new faulty car

I bought a Renault Kiger a year ago, brand new mind you thinking a new car won't give me problems. Ever since buying the car i have been experiencing problems with it. First i could accelerate beyond 40km and i sent back for it to be checked and hopefully fixed. The gearbox was faulty according to their mechanics. now i have a sound from my right wheel and i was told its shocks waiting for that to be fixed? I've requested for the car to be taken back and for a new car be given to me as this is not making sense for i spend more time using taxi's cause scared to my car with an unbearable sound which is now coming from both wheels.
