Beware: Renault Captur brake issues swept under the carpet

To what a shock did I learn this morning how Renault gives a damn about it's customers. We bought a NEW Renault Captur during June 2017. Now, a year later, with the car on 29000 some odd km, I get a call from Renault saying the brakes on the car is done. To my shock, not only the brakes, the disks too. How is that possible?? The only answer I get from Renault is only "it is normal wear & tear". They however cannot, or is not willing to tell me how this is possible. Speaking to Innocentia at customer care, sorry, it's normal wear & tear, without even seeing the items personally or on photos.

My question to Renault: A brand new car and the brakes and discs do not even last 30000km? This while I there is not even a towbar fitted that could have an effect. How could they determine it is just normal wear & tear? Do they have the driving data on my car? If so, I want it please Renault is giving typical service of, smooth talking you to buy it, once in possesion, just pull up shoulders.

To anyone thinking of buying a Renault, think long and hard and when done, think long and hard again before deciding not to buy 1.

Renault in any case just lost a sale of another new car as I was busy negotiating to buy a Kwid for my daughter at Renault Zambezi. Guess what, it will not happen.

And guess what, I will be propheting to warn as many people as possible to this.

I am extremely sorry that I pursuaded a friend to buy a Kwid as I just learned, the car wad not even a month old, and guess what, brake issues.

Thank you Renault for opening my eyes before I made ANOTHER mistake.
