Be prepared to be super frustrated

Whilst the staff at their service department are nice enough, they are still able to make any dealings with them very frustrating. They have a drop off service which is great, if you are willing to wait more than 2 hours in the morning for the driver to even arrive. And after only starting working on the vehicle at 13:00 the job can't continue until you come back to the dealership to first pay for the parts. And sorry that means there won't be time left to actually do the job. So please take your unfixed vehicle and come back another day!!!
