BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU BY A RENAULT

My daughter O'Nelia bought a brand new Renault Kwid Climber, first they did not deliver the vehicle on time, then they did not keep any of the promises they made, and two days after receiving the car it had a problem, they then "fixed" it and a few days after that it had to go in again for about the same problem and Renault is doing nothing. MVF Finance from Nedbank and the Motor Industry Ombudsman has not even rep****. So now I ask myself maybe there is some truth in the rumor that the Motor Industry Ombudsman only favor the Motor Dealerships. So please people be careful before you buy a Renault, make use of MVF Finance or trust the Motor Industry Ombudsman.
