Battery fault
Greetings,

I am appalled by the manner in which Renault Fountains deal with the issues pertaining to service plan or warranty plan.. I had a problem with my car previously, showing a sign that \Service Required\", I took the car in and they told me I had jump started the car incorrectly, as results some wires burned, bear in mind I did not jump start my car, they charged me almost R2 500, of which I paid. Now Sunday afternoon my battery went flat, I called AA(Ref #: ***) to charge the battery, of which they did. However after the car had started the wipers were not stopping, even if I use the wipers controller, they don't. I then decided to take the car to Renault again. The car was towed this morning and now I get a call from the service provider, telling me that I have to pay R750 for diagnosis of the vehicle because the car was not charged properly as result the wires burned, again. I don't trust this because the AA guy even called his boss before he jump-start the car and told him what must he do before he jumpstart, of which he dully did. Considering that previously I paid almst R2500 previousl 4 da same thing they r charging me R750 4 today."
