Bad turn around time
<p>I bought my car in 2015 October at Renault on Malibongwe. In mid October 2016 my auto stop start was switching off as I was driving my car. I then took the car in to Renault on Beyers, where I told them what the issue was; I switched on my aircon while driving and as I was driving teh car would switch itself off I then stopped the car and a sound of gas escaping was what i could hear, my airocn also is not as cold as it should be. This is the description I have the lady. They booked my car in for the day and told me that the battery was low and needed a charge other than that nothing else seems to be the matter. I picked up my car later that afternoon tried to switch my aircon on I and still warm air; this is not normal. I took my car in the following day and explained again my issue, a technician walked to my car switched on the aircon and told me I need a regas, impossible i say this car is a 2014 model and already the aircon is out? I drive away unsatissfied with the service and I voice this in the service follow up calls. I finally now go get the aircon regassed but I am being told my compresser is making a funny noise hence the gas is escaping. Ihave now spent R650 on the regas only to find that the diagnosis was incorrect? I rush over to Renault on beyers they book my car in on Monday 7th Novemeber. I now tell them that my compresser is not working and I was here not so long ago with a problem and this was not picked up. Long story short my car is still in repairs after 4 days they are still trying to get authorization for warranty. I do not have a mode of transport at the moment, I do not hear anything from the dealership I have to call them to find out what is the update. I have requested for a courtesy car today and still have no feedback from Charmaine. I have tried to be patient but it has been established on Monday already that the compressor is broken and this indeed needs to go through warranty however my car sits there waiting for authorizatuon befoe the part can be ordered which will take another 2 - 3 days without a car. If thats not enough all the gas has now escaped and I have spent 650 on the car for nothing. My issue is that the car was initially not diagnosed proberly and when I went back to tell them I am dissatisfied I am told I need a regas. When has a new car needed a aircon regas? Never. Still waiting for my car!</p>
