Bad service Renault princess crossing Roodepoort

I went to Renault in princess crossing Roodepoort to get help because my car didn't want to recognise my key they told me that they will assist me it was on the 6th December 2017 they told me that they diagnosed the car so they need to order the key I said OK its fine they can order they and the very same I went and pay they whole amount that they wanted they told me that I will get my car after 15days I said its fine I will wait knw I've got a problem with them they don't bother to call and explain why am I not getting my car back I called them on the 3rd January 2019 to ask what's going on with my key they told me the shipment was delayed I will get it as soon as possible I called them again on 09/01/2019 I was speaking to Rozanne she told me when I ask about my car that she don't no when will I get my car am frustrated because am using that car to come to work with it and taking my children to school the only answer am getting is we don't no when will you get your car this is bad service service am getting from Renault
