Bad service Renault Princess Crossing

I recently put exhaust bracket for my Renault Cleo costing me R595.00, after taking the car to my Mechanic I wan advised that I bought the wrong part, I took the part back to Renault Princess Crossing in Roodepoort and asked if I could exchange the part for the correct part and I was advised by the Service Advisor Clive that the part cannot be exchanged. I then had a chat to the parts Manager and he said he he cannot sit with dead stock in his Branch, as per Renault’s SA a part can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase as long the the part is new and you produce a receipt. I also copied in the dealer Principal of the branch and to date no phone call or reply e mail to attend to my query. This service is appalling and I want to advise all to be careful of buying from Renault Princesses Crossing Roodepoort
