Bad service i have never seen

Like i did not listen when warned. I bought a renault kwid 2017 model and after i drove it for two years there is a faulty whining/grinding noise in the gearbox. After i asked the dealership they confirmed the car had a problem. But after the contacted renault South Africa, the technician from renault SA came and said the car had no fault(the guy called Brandon). After a month my car was at their dealership i went to collect the car, drove it before i got to my house the noise went even worse and the gearbox was hot.

Mind you with all this trouble i could not even get a courtesy since i work in mine premises and working shifts. I then called renault SA tow my car back to Renault dealer(Rusternburg). I then asked renault Rusternburg to assist me with a vehicle so that i can be able to go to work more especially at night, but they said Renault SA has to organise a car for me since their technician confirmed the car to be fine. She also emphasised that they give courtesy car after they ordered parts and tge parts are on back order for over 12 days. Then i asked Renault SA to help me with the car. They said the dealer was supposed to give me a car. They only give a car if the part ordered is on back order for over 5 days.

So my car is now at the dealership for over 40 days now, and because of renault SA i dont have a vehicle. The brand only care about their business, and would like to warn some of you planning on buying this brand. I have been at kia and mazda and received the best when it comes to this kind of situations. After this car is fixed, i am selling it and i will never buy anything from this brand anymore!!!!..the just dont care about their customers and i am so dissapointed since i trusted them. I just want my car fixed then they will never see me bothering them again
