Bad service from Vryburg Renault dealership

My sister took her Renault Sandero II to a dealership in Vryburg, North West Province, on the 28th of November 2018, as the car had issues with the engine starter. The dealership said to her that the starter was broken and they needed to order a new starter from India. They said to her that it would take 2 weeks for the starter to arrive. Today (3 weeks later), no one in the dealership is giving a clear indication of when the starter will arrive, it seems to us that they didn't even order the part as there is no concrete information from the dealer in this regard. She needs the car during the festive season. And why is Renault not keeping spares in South Africa?
