Bad Service from Renault Bloemfontein

A few months ago my wife complained about service or rather the lack of service from Renault in Bloemfontein. The dealership rep**** that they would contact my wife and resolve the problem. Up to date we have heard nothing from Renault in Bloemfontein or Renault South Africa. We have driven Renault vehicles for several years, but this is definitely the last time that we have bought a Renault.
