bad service from renault

<p>i bought a new renault clio authentique at group1 renault stellenbosh 3weeks after the car arrived on friday the car mulfunctioned couldnt brake or even stop while my wife was comming from work around 12 then she decided to take car to renault @bryanston they return her with the car as they say they couldnt find any fault.same weekend sunday my wife stop at garage try to start a car it couldnt start.i phoned roadside assistance they can tour the car to benoni and leave my family at the garage.<br />today it makes a full week we sitting without a car and renault refuse to borrow us a car and so far they are waiting for parts that we dont know when will they have them.<br />i phoned headoffice and the guy who refused to disclosed his name was rude to me and he told me they are doing me a favour checking on the car and he dont understand why i complain as the car is with the repair.these is not our 1st car but the service we receiving from renault sa is so bad i dont see myself buying renault anymore not even advising some1 to buy their cars</p>
