Bad service

I bought a demo Reaunalt Duster, have it for 4.months and the clips in the gearbox broker, it is an automatic, they said it is because I am to hard on the gears, roadside assistant did help me nicely after I did phone a few Renault dealers and no whan want to help me because I did not buy the car from them. I did follow-up with now success, phone the customer call center were I did not get any answers from, I also did speak to a Brett and he was so rude to me, could not even introduce him self to me, just said you want to talk to me and I hade to find out to how I am speaking. It is hard to get hold of any Renault person at Heard office south Africa. My car is currently at the The Glen dealer and Linol is the only person that is prepared to help and great service.
