Bad Service /

Good day I am now giving up on Renault- is this the service we are paying for? That one has to complain every time to get bare minimum service - I went to service my car in Tygervalley - and called them back to come fix my car as it still shows " Service Required" My car was serviced in April 2025 and still shows " Service required" I called the Branch and still no help till date.

I was promised that they will look into it and till date not even a call - This is not the first problem I am encountering with Renault . Sent an email on the 30 July 2025 to complaints department and till today not even a phone call -till date.If I can get a chance to return your car I would - It should not be this difficult for someone to get assitance.Can someone with a heart please get me sorted out as tis is 4th month and my car still has "Service required" Regards Sithandiwe Maliwa Sineyile 083****538
