Bad Service

We took in our car in the 3rd week of November to Reanult Woodmead and were advised that a part needs to be ordered and ETA is 21 Days. This morning I called in to find out if the car will ready this week and the consultant told me that he not sure and there has been not ETA on the part ordered. He then reffered me to Reanult SA for me to find out when the part will ready. This doesnt sit well with us and im disappointed @ the Service we receiving. Please can someone get back to us and let advise us when our car will ready for collection as we cant travel now for the holidays due to the inconvience caused.
