Bad service at Renault Roodepoort,Shame on you

What a shame!!!!I bought a car at Renault Roodepoort last week Monday and today I experienced the problem with the safety belt,I then took the car in at the dealership but the technicians didn't want to help not even to check what could be the problem,they advised that we book job card.. I'm very disappointed,they failed to help me with the safety belt, what if it was an engine or something big what was gonna happen?what is Renault saying about safety? if I wanted to go around and fix the safety belt I could have bought an old car but I bought a new car to avoid that..I don't even want this car anymore because you failed me,I want my contract to be cancelled and your guys must come and collect this car cause I don't have time to go up and down with them just for them to fix their fault...
