BAD Service and NO feedback - want my money back

My Renault KWID was delivered on a flatbed to Renault Stikland (Bellville, Cape Town), Monday 4 December (afternoon at 14:00). The KWID had started making a clicking sound in the dashboard area. We had to disconnect the battery overnight (the preceding Saturday and Sunday) in order that the battery does not run flat. I drove the KWID to Brackenfell where i work and was going to go to the closest Renault dealership to have it looked at in my lunch time. When i got to the car, i could not open it with the remote key. I had to open it by inserting the key in the door lock. I then tried to start the car and it would not start. I tested the lights which was still working so it was not a flat battery. I then phoned Renault roadside assistance and within 30 minutes the car was on its way to Stikland multifranchise. That is where my satisfaction ended. No-one contacted me as promised to establish what was wrong with the car. The next day i phoned them to hear what is going on. Mareike, told me that she went to the car and heard the clicking sound, but asked me to describe what led to the car ending up with them, which i duly explained. She said they would try to establish what was wrong and would get back to me. Needless to say, i had to phone them daily to try to find out what is going on. I even went to their premises to see if they are attending to the KWID. I found it standing there with no-one near it. Shahied approached me and asked if i had been helped and i explained i have not. I told him the whole story and he said that he has 2 mechanics who can work on the car, but they are busy and as soon as either becomes available, he would put him straight onto my vehicle and establish the cause of the problem. He further promised to phone me back between 17:30 and 18:00 on that same evening with feedback. Needless to say he did not. I phoned again the next day and was told they have not yet established the cause of the problem. This has been going on for a week and a half now. Today is Wednesday of the following week and they still have not determined the cause of the problem to my knowledge. Yesterday, Tuesday the 12th of December, i visited the Brackenfell branch to see if they can tell me who i can speak to for resolution of my situation. I was given 2 names: Andre and Riaan. I was told to first try Andre and then the boss, Riaan. Which i did. I explained my situation to Andre and he sounded very understanding and of course he also promised to phone me back! what a joke - it is now the end of Wednesday and he still has not phoned me back. I tried to contact Riaan without success. I have been complaining to Mareike that i am without a vehicle until they figure out what is wrong. She explained that they only provide courtesy cars to clients 10 days after they have ordered the parts from oversees. BTW: The Renault was bought (brand new) less than one year ago from the Tygervalley branch. I want Renault to take the KWID and give me my money back. If they can't find out what is wrong with such a small little car then i am glad i don't have a bigger more complicated Renault.
