BAD SERVICE .........

These dealerships are very nice when you buy their cars but the moment something goes wrong they are quick to point out the warranty plans ans 30 days period.

I got my car early this year in Feb as a brand new car only 30kms on the clock.

So recently when it started raining i picked up a squeeky noise when using the car wipes. When I tell Renault about it they quick to say we do not cover that it will have to be at your own cost.

How the hell was i supposed to know within 30 days that the wipes are faulty cause it had not rained all year long in JHB since recently.

So which means Renault sold me a faulty car and now i have to pay for their poor testing and negligence how the hell is that fair on the customer and i was told had you returned the car in 30 days of purchase we would have replaced the wipes.

I am honestly ****ed off and frustrated with this kind of service and the customer care who does not even want to listen to reason
