Bad service

In 2022 we bought a brand new vehicle from Renault parow from the first day we've had problems with the car. At first the boot didn’t close the engine made a noise and the brakes was screaming. Then last year I took the car for a service and was told it was serviced only to discover it wasn't serviced and but they invoiced the service provider from 2022 the car had problems starting and everytime we took the car in they couldn't find the problem but in Dec last year they had the car for a whole month to fix the starter. This year the window couldn't close and the car locks as soon as you open it the part for the window took 3 weeks to come and today we were told that yes there is a problem with the locking and unlocking but they can't find the problem so we would like to come get the car or what. Well I'm really very unhappy this car was bought for me to make sure I'm safe on the road I have been stoned because of the starter now I must put my life at risk again with a car the locks and unlock anytime and if the manufacturer can't find the problem how must I find it what did I pay for a old car is the someone that a help us.
