Bad service

Renault east rand is the worst dealership by far. Bought a car 2 weeks ago(second hand.) on Wednesday the starter broke we informed them. Today is Friday and still not sorted. After buying the car we moved to Nelspruit. Now renault nelspruit is a dream compared. I am trying for renault east rand to get us a curtacy car(from nelspruit) while ours is stuck,and getting responses like "I need to get the go ahead from management" NOW the pre owned manager knows exactly what is going on as we corrosponded with him first and he gave our case to a diffrent sales person. Getting them to assist is impossible. Going on day 3 that they know what needs to be done and still nothing is being done. I do not know what els to do.
