Bad service

Dealing with renault bryanstan has been a very unpleasent experience.I drove through to fourways from Hartbee****rt on Thursday the 31st of dec to look at a 6 month old demo duster. The first surprise was 2700km more on the clock than informed.Regardless I completed the paperwork to have the car before my trip the next afternoon.<br> After arriving home Dan contacted me, informing me that they made a mistake and the vehicle was already sold.They offered me a new duster instead,being 6 months newer I gladly accepted.<br> Once again I was called and informed that they made a mistake and that they did not have the car yet,I was told the truck was dispatched so delivery would be the next morning or monday as it was new years weekend. On monday I contacted them and spoke to the manager Shaun. He told me the car was not there and he would follow up and call me in 30 min. To date I am waiting for his call,I called back 6 times that day and each time the receptionist informed me he was in his office but is not answering. I have to date spent hundreds on calling them several times daily.<br> <br> Today the 9th, my car is still apparently on its way.It has truly been very unpleasant dealing with renault.
