Bad service

Thabok collected my car that I bought from Renault silver lakes to be repaired 7 days ago and I have been calling for my car to be brought back and I have been told every day I call that they are on my way bringing car or they just ignore my calls I haven't gone to collect it becouse I am tied up at work and even when I speak to to the mANAGER PETER I get no joy I don't know what kind of business they are running by being dishonest but I have no joy from these people I am being treated like a child when I call being sent from pilla to post. I don't know what further to do I do not want to go to the dealer becouse I fear the worst since even the mANAGER is involved
