Bad Service.

I went to diagnose my car on the 25th of February at Renault based in West Rand the service I got was not up to standard at all. I was quoted for 2 hours R1955 for basically nothing. I have an oil leak on my car but still the diagnosis which I paid for hasn't been helpful. The information on the quotation is totally incorrect and doesn't correspond with my vehicle details. Basically they quoted me on someone else's info. The chassis number, engine number, mileage and model of the car was totally incorrect. To top it all for when I went to complain to get the issue sorted. The Dealer Principals attitude was something else. I wouldn't advise anyone to ever be assisted there honestly. Because I basically need to get a diagnosis elsewhere again which is another expense because I didn't get the help I needed from them.
