Bad Service

I brought my car for repairs on Monday, and there's is still no valid diagnostic report for the car. The branch avoids or drops my calls most of the time and claim they will call contact me. I was told I would receive quotations for the repair yesterday and still waiting and service advisor also not honest about the details of my car.
