Bad Service

I left my car at the dealer in Milnerton for a service and steering rack replacement. Since I left the vehicle there on the 4th of October I have heard nothing back. I contacted the dealer at 16:30 the same afternoon where they informed me the service department will contact me back. No one phoned. On the 5th of October I contacted the dealer on ********** 615 and the lady informed me they only make and receive calls from 9am, she also they cannot provide me with feedback on my vehicle. How am I supposed to work without a vehicle and why cannot the dealer provide me with feedback? I am regretting that I bought the vehicle there, only three months ago. Utterly disappointed!
