Bad service

Hi there, went to renualt in stickland end of February my car was checked and it was detected that there was a Leak, then the part has to be orderd.I payed the part and the labour up until to day i have not yet received any feed back. The lady who are paid to Theresa, told me the part was going to be available within 3 days, now she avoids me.
