Bad service

I asked the lady that was helping me what is her name and surname . She told me that her surname is none of my business . She started being arrogant and rude to me . I then decided to leave the dealership . Even today my car is still having this light on its dashboard and it does not make me comfortable. Is this the service to accept from Renault?
