bad service

At 15000 km the car I'm driving,Renault sandero stepway 2014 model, used for commuting to and from work at abt 40km per day for 16 days in a month, was due for service but the warning light on the dashboard did not come up,even last week on Thursday when I took it for service, the warning light never came up,as a result I forfeited the 1st free service.<br> Then the invoice said certain work was done and contradicted the info entered on the service booklet by the technician who actually worked on the car. I asked for so called replaced parts, they were no where to be found.Renault spoiled my joy for driving my ever first brand new vehicle and I'm exploring options to trade the car and get a deal that is honest and with no hussels and driving headache. Apparently brake pads needed replacing and I had to pay R2000?! I'm not driving a taxi, what type of brake pads were fitted on this car/is it because I'm a woman, and women are perceived clueless about cars?
