Bad service

With numerous emails telephone calls , just to get shocks and shock stoppers for my Renault vehicle turns into a nightmare when it come to customer service from Renault SA , i think they must open a referal department at Renualt SA and make this guy the manager , his only job will be to refer customers complaints back to the Dealership , he will be the best in his company . I so poff at this company that i will never even consider buying any renault or refer any of my family and friends to buy a renault ever .
