bad service

07-05-2015 I booked my car Tata for service at Renault Princess Crossing It had a scratchy sound on the gear and for service also. I was assisted by Shaun. During the cost of the day I received a call from shaun with the price of 2400 when I got there the price was changed and it was 2527.25 of which I paid for.when I left the garage the gear problem that I took it for was still there not fixed and I was told that it was foxed I went back same day and asked Shaun to come inside the car and hear the noise that I was referring too. I went back again and shaun called the technician we drove around and he said that it mit be the gear lever and it can cost R600. And also I got a quote of 2500 for the gear leaver I was told thar the car is out of warranty anyway they are going to charge me again I told him that I am fullawre that the car is out of warranty if they did their job perfect frm the beggining I could have not paid for the remote which has never work even today I have not receive any call from shaun. I called on monday 13 -07 to check he told me that the remote is there I should come and pick it up o told him that I will come late.when I got there I was told other storry ..
