Bad service

I have my insurance towed my car to Renault Roodepoort Multifranchise on the 14th December 2016 due to the fact that my Clio 4 had a broken keycard andit was unable to start. I wasn't aware what the problem could have been. From the 1st day my car had been booked in at the dealer I dealt with the guy by the name Richard also known to be Vicky Van Den Heever of which when I call in to find out about the status of my vehicle he'd give me some run arounds. I have been patiently understanding with this guy however he had taken me for granted that till today my car is still with the dealer, I have been paying my monthly instalments to my financer and the car insurer without me driving the vehicle. I've been going up and down to the dealer but unfortunately now it been 10 full weeks my car is still at the dealer. The service experience I had with this guy absolute took my tolerence to 0% tolerence. The last time I went to the dealer was on friday 24th February 2017 only to find that he's off for the day, her colleague sent him an email cc'ed me on the email not to my surprise he never came back to me in that regard and not to mention that its not for the 1st time that he dont respond to my matter till I call in and or go to the dealer personally. In this case I had to question myself if the kind of service I'm getting from this dealer is the same as others gets or is it because I'm just a black young lady then I deserve to be treated in this manner. I have dealt with Renault The Glen I have never had experienced such, This is my worst nightmare that I have experienced at Renault Roodepoort. Not that I have not paid for the key and labour that was long done hoping it will speed up the process for me to get back the car, but who was I fooling except of myself.
