Bad Service

I bought a car at Renualt fourways (VW Polo Tsi 2014) in November 2015 , when i went to collect the vehicle I was not given an owners manual, service book and my spare key, I was then promised that they would get them from the previous owner and call me to collect within a week. <br> <br> After no response in two weeks I called the dealer and Spoke to a lad called Brad he took my details and advised me that he would call me back, I haven't received a call to date. I decided to call the dealer about a month or two back and spoke to the used cars manager who took my number and details and promised to check for the keys and manual and call me back but he also hasnt called. Five months after the collection I still don't have a manual, spare key and a service book and the vehicle is due for a service soon . The service I received from such a reputable dealer is disgraceful to say the least.
