Bad Renault Service

Hi guys just bought a brand new Renault triber last ye3. And now the car is giving problems. I contacted Renault. They promised to sort it out and collect the car. They even said they will call me. Till today im still waiting on their call. I had to sort it out myself to get the car their.. When i called them. They said they said they will call me back. Im still waiting. The worst ever experience I've ever had im my life. Wouldn't even recommend anyone to buy a car from them.
