Bad Quality

My car is an Renualt Sandero 2012 model. My car is 3years old and already had to replace brakes 2 times and also on 3 years service rust was found on A piller took car in for rust repair and no driver door starting to rust. Car also gone in about 10 time to glue carpet and is still pulling loose. Phoned Renualt customer care to complain and they told me because i bought car through add agency they are not reliable but it came with an 3 yars service at Renault.
