Bad customer service from Morgan Renault Upington

Good evening,

Me and my wife test drive both the Kiger and the Clio with the prospect of buying a vehicle for my daughter. The Morgan Renault Upington branch did not introduce us to the running competition. We test drive both vehicles before closure on the 31May 2024. I only read now on Facebook of the competition. Where can I report this failure and poor client service? And how can I regtify the position to get entries for the competition. I just wonder how many other was also deny the opportunity to enter into the competition meaning that the competition was not fair. Greetings Riaan
