Bad Customer Service

Terrible customer service, I bought a new car and when it was delivered the right front window was not working, I have reported the matter and the car was picked up and brought back unfixed with no explanation, I had to call them to find out what is happening as the driver had no answers for me, I was asked to lay a complain via email, still waiting for a response, this is the worst customer service I have ever received received the staff at Carter Renault Melrose do not take customers seriously, very disappointed
